Lai-Yin Cheah is a Partner and Project Manager at Dougherty + Dougherty. She is also an Electronic Systems Specialist, supervising the work of design and technical drafting staff and coordinating the work of consulting engineers. She contributes a history of over fifteen years of California public work experience with Dougherty + Dougherty. Ms. Cheah is personally expert in the operation of REVIT BIM and maintains direct involvement in the preparation of designs, construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates. She is also involved in coordination and plan checking with all applicable agencies, and will be personally providing construction administration services. Ms. Cheah will be responsible for directing the preparation of the work, and will monitor and maintain the project schedule. She will also conduct in-house coordination of documents, and in-house quality control and constructability reviews. Currently, Ms. Cheah is working with the City of Anaheim on a restroom building addition and multi-purpose room renovation. Ms. Cheah is dedicated to providing high quality architectural services to each Client.
