This new building represents a partnership between the City of Westminster and the Westminster Chamber of Commerce to create a new facility in which the City and Chamber of Commerce can effectively promote the growth of the local business community. The building is designed in two parts, one for a City community meeting room and catering kitchen, and one for the Chamber of Commerce to house its offices. The application of innovative materials contributes to a contextual and operationally efficient design solution. This LEED Silver project serves as an example for the surrounding community.
