As part of a comprehensive District Wide Needs Assessment and Master Plan, a campus wide modernization and addition project was completed for Sierra Vista Elementary School. The classroom addition provides a new identity to the existing campus, reflective of input provided through a series of collaborative workshops. The new building adds classrooms, a teacher workroom, counseling offices, new restrooms, and a covered lunch shelter to the campus, and provides an access compliant path of travel to the playground. In addition to the new classroom building, each building on campus was modernized.
