The expansion of the existing Music Building is accomplished by enclosing an existing courtyard that had been master planned as the future expansion area. Included in the new wing is administrative office and practice space, as well as new acoustically tuned practice and performance space. The lower level provides large and small music and band program offices, and practice rooms. The upper level houses one large finely tuned practice and performance space that accommodates an audience as well as providing a flexible teaching venue for a wide range of musical performances.
