A small, three acre site is home to this K-5 school for the Lawndale Elementary School District. The acquisition of an adjacent corner Church property supplements this former school site, and resulted in CEQA and ATSC review being necessary for project approval. The site development plan includes an administrative/library/multipurpose building, a kindergarten classroom building and playground, and a two-story classroom building for grades 1-5. An outdoor amphitheater, covered lunch area, hardtop and turf play areas support school and community physical education and recreation programs.
