This administrative facility creates a new front door for the campus facing the parking area. Combining new construction with the enclosure of a courtyard and the remodeling of an existing space, the Student Services Building welcomes individuals as they enter the campus. The lobby space is flexible to allow for peak registration demands, while remaining inviting during every day use. Energy-efficient design includes the introduction of natural lighting, selection of energy-efficient fluorescent light fixtures, water efficient plumbing fixtures, and efficient forced air systems. An iconic clock tower provides for new campus imagery and wayfinding.
