Dougherty + Dougherty has developed design standards, specifications, BIM guidelines, facilities needs assessments, and master plans for several school districts throughout California including the two largest districts, Los Angeles Unified and Long Beach Unified. This information will be used by future A/E teams as a tool for effective document control and facility enhancement. This is a collaborate effort that guides the development of both design and construction. The goal is to achieve quality, consistency and parity without stifling the unique character and creativity of each individual campus.
