The gymnasium at Monroe Middle School is a site-adaptation of a recently constructed gymnasium at Crozier Middle School. The gym is utilized as a Multi-Purpose building offering 500 bleacher seats and approximately 1,000 person floor seating, which offers the school a larger venue for multi-purpose programs. Two classrooms on the upper level combine into one large rainy-day classroom. A first-floor laboratory size classroom supports dance and music. This project also includes a site electrical upgrade and houses the new site electrical room and MDF room, along with a new electrical transformer enclosure.
