The Newport Coast Community Center is part of the annexation agreement with the City of Newport Beach. A total of 22 community associations all have had a vested interest in the design and construction of this facility. The center includes: administrative offices; three activity/meeting rooms; a concession kitchen; a full size indoor gymnasium with bleacher sealing and stage; and a masterplanned branch library. The complex is located on an existing park site serving the community of Newport Coast., has relocated and restored a playfield, and has added valuable parking to this community-wide asset.
