This integrative project creates a new, dynamic and sustainable headquarters building for the Eastern Municipal Water District. A comprehensive review of existing facilities, detailed needs assessment and new project program envisioning growth requirements for the next ten years has driven the design effort. The new building accommodates the Department of Information Technology which includes a 2,000 SF temperature-controlled computer server room, offices for the Finance Department and Customer Service, and a public counter for bill paying and permits. This facility has been designed to be LEED Gold certified.
