A strong architectural statement embodies the District’s goals for a progressive future, while fitting into the existing high school campus vocabulary. The 28,900 SF two-story, science, technology and general classroom building addition houses eight classrooms, four wet-lab science laboratories, and two bays of administrative space which are designed to be converted into future classroom space. The building establishes a new edge between the formal circular campus plan and the playfields and open space beyond, serving as a destination and focal point for social and academic campus activities.
